Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, squeezed cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold in half, and create pleats along one side to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange gyoza in the pan in a single layer, flat side down.

- Add 1/3 cup water to the pan and immediately cover with a lid. Steam for 4-5 minutes until the water has evaporated and the wrappers are translucent.
